As a refund point operator you need to:
1. Ensure that your safety documentation is updated with the new notification requirements (including how to notify Worksafe online)
2. Ensure that your WARRRL contact is advised PRIOR to letting Worksafe know, as we may have to report to Worksafe as well.
3. Educate and train your supervisors and managers in these requirements and process to follow.
4. Educate and train your workers in the importance of reporting all hazards and any incidents that occur (near misses and injuries). Prevention is key!
5. Report all incidents to WARRRL via the online reporting database via the RPO Portal or send your paperwork to [email protected]. |
