POS version 6.3 is now available.
This update includes a wide range of improvements and bug fixes based on recent feedback.
Depots currently using multiple POS devices
If you are operating multiple POS devices at your site, please ensure you follow the ‘POS 6.3 migration rules’ guide linked below to complete the update.
It is essential that you follow these installation and migration steps to ensure that your Online Coordination Services (OCS) database is created correctly.
Failure to follow these steps may result in your database displaying inaccurate or incomplete bin information.
Devices on POS version 5
If your refund point is using POS version 5, you will need to uninstall the app and redownload from the B2B portal. Only devices with version 6.1 will be able to download POS using the update button on the POS homepage.
You can check the current POS version installed on your devices by going to the POS homepage or navigating to Settings > About > POS version
