Request a banking account update
Due to the risk associated with account details, WARRRL is unable to accept banking details that have been sent via email. To update your bank details, email your regional manager with only the following information:
- Your name
- Site name
- Contact information
- What your request is
Do not provide your bank details via email.
WARRRL’s due diligence requires that we perform a 2nd Authentication for any sensitive information updates. This means that once you have advised of a change to your banking details someone form our finance team will contact you to confirm and receive the new details.
Note: these calls may be recorded for security purposes in the case of disputes or fraud attempts.
Fraud attempt
If you are contacted regarding a banking account update that was not initiated to the best of your knowledge by you or someone authorised to do so, then advise WARRRL immediately.
WARRRL will engage their Fraud prevention process and stop any changes submitted without your authorisation. The case will then be escalated internally. Depending on the case, you may or may not be contacted by police for further information.
