Refund Points are required to report certain things to WARRRL.

Did you know that the requirements for notifiable incidents to Worksafe have changed? There is now a much broader list of what must be reported, you can find the full list here.
- Any notice provided by WorkSafe (or HSR) must be provided to WARRRL within 24 hours of receipt.
- All WorkSafe notices require verification by WARRRL to ensure that the actions taken are in place.
Incident Reports
All incidents must be reported to WARRRL within 24 hours (and in some cases sooner) either via the incident reporting database on the RPO Portal or by sending your organisation’s incident report to [email protected]. Please remember to report all incidents to WARRRL and Worksafe as soon as possible.

Breaches and Complaints
Any breaches and complaints must be reported to WARRRL. This includes breaches or complaints relating to safety issues (i.e., noise, traffic, and parking).
