All operators need to provide a statutory declaration 20 days from the end of the financial year.
The declaration must include:

- Be signed by an approved witness.
Annual report on workplace health and safety
All Refund Point Operators must provide an annual report on workplace health and safety and environmental management.
An annual report on workplace health and safety template is provided.
Employment outcomes
The employment survey assists us in understanding the diversity and inclusivity of our network.
Our scheme aims to provide employment opportunities for people living with disability, the long-term unemployed, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We therefore have reporting requirements to track this objective.
Voucher reconciliation (if applicable)
This report provides us with a comparison of the number of vouchers issued with the number of remitted vouchers.
