Drop & Go Collection Verification
Collection verification is mandatory for all RPOs with Drop & Go (Drop-off) Refund Points contracted to a Drop & Go Services Refund Point Agreement. When an RPO collects bags from a Drop & Go they must verify they have performed the collection using one of the mobile apps. This collection verification is also how RPOs claim their Service Fee.
How to verify collections
They are two methods available to verify collections. Operators only need to choose one methods.
- If you are already using the Collect provider portal you can use the Service Provider Portal/C4C Driver App: Step by Step method HERE
- Otherwise you can use the WA Containers for Change app: Step by Step method HERE
For both methods you will need your unique 6-digit pin. If you are unsure of your pin, reach out to your regional manager
Please ensure that all drivers follow the set-up instructions on each mobile device used and that they understand the process. We recommend that the steps are printed out and kept in each vehicle as a reminder.
Conditions to payment
Payment will then be made on the 15th of each month for the previous month collections subject to operators:
- having a signed updated Refund Point Agreement
- recording and verify collections in the app
- provide written information as to why any collection were not verified at the time of collection.
