Not every job you apply for has an actual chance to positively change how society thinks and acts when it comes to looking after our planet.

Be part of a community-driven and tightknit team that are genuinely all working towards to one goal and that is to reduce the amount of beverage containers ending up in landfill whilst creating social and economic opportunities for the wider community.

In the role of Data Scientist at WARRRL is all about taking your inbuilt natural curiosity, creative and critical thinking to “see the whole” and understand how various areas of the organisation relate.

You will be asked “What can you do with all the data?” because just like Champollion you will see more than just a stone with strange symbols; you will want to know what undiscovered opportunities lie hidden within. Connecting the dots and a desire to search out the answers to questions that have not yet been asked if you are to realize the data’s full potential is your key driver.

The application form will include these questions:
Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
How many years’ experience do you have as a data scientist?
Have you worked in a role which requires experience with machine learning techniques?

We look forward to receiving your application and can promise that every application will be read by our Talent Team and all applications will receive a communication from us.

Applications close 5pm on 21 March 2021.

WARRRL is strongly committed to diversity and inclusion and has commenced a reconciliation action plan journey. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply. All applicants self-identifying within their covering letter as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander will be guaranteed an interview.

To apply please complete the application form on Seek.
