We are, Western Australia Return Recycle Renew or affectionately known as WARRRL. We are a business unlike any other in Perth that has brought together a team unlike any other. From the ground to the top and left to right you will be surrounded by incredibly genuine, hard-working folk that are all there because they believe in the company’s vision of ‘Improving our communities and environment’.

This opportunity will enable us to take the next step in what has already been a triumphant 12 months with over 200 million containers already being recycled. Your role will see you reporting to the CEO and being part of the leadership team.

You will lead an audit team including external contractors ensuring individuals are performing to the requisite standards and behaviours. Through your leadership, you will drive standards amongst Scheme participants ensuring awareness and compliance to scheme integrity through training and induction amongst refund point operators, MRFs, processors, recyclers and first responsible suppliers. You will ensure Scheme integrity through implementation, management and reporting of the Fraud Protection Plan, Scheme Audit Plan, and Investigation Plan.

The role is being offered on a full-time basis in a natural daylight encompassing office in the heart of Subiaco close to public transport.
